MEDICARE AGAIN
Did you sign my petition yet? C'mon, it's fair, strengthens Medicare for everyone by allowing it to pay lower foreign costs, is only an awareness advisory, does not affect your insurance unless you are elder and live in another country. Please, we added ten today and we need you to put us over 50, the minimum for Move.On.

If the US goes to Single Payer under the next administration as it did in Vermont will she (the president) be aware that we are excluded as expats under the present system and how unfair that is? I paid since Nixon. I'm still paying but I can receive no benefits here in Colombia. If something bad and costly strikes I will fly to the states IF I am physically able. There the price will be 5 times, minimum, of the cost here in Colombia. And Medicare will have to pay it. If instead they could pay for my treatment here in Colombia for example, well, over all of the expat elders needing med help, they would save MILLIONS!!!
And it would be the fair thing to do for all of us US citizens abroad in our later years.
So Americans, in the States and in foreign climes. this is a win-win awareness raising petition. PLEASE BE SO GOOD AS TO CONSIDER SIGNING!
